Very disappointed with sams club today. I purchased a Caesar salad with the made on date dated for today. When I got home and opened it it looked like it was made a week ago. I'm never buying a salad from here again.

We went to Sam's Club Optical to order glasses. The rude lady said we're not open... we said ok. Then, she said there was a young man that she will wait on first, however he wasn't around when opened. At 10am she took a call. There was a line of people then bout 10:15 she got off phone. By that time her young man arrived. After she waited on him, then she started taking the others in line. I didn't know you could save a place above those who were already present! The lady-clerk seemed like she wanted/needed a date.

I have been in truck stops with cleaner bathrooms!! From ceiling to the drains are disgusting !! Was afraid to touch anything in them . I spoke to one of there employees and she said the ladies is just as bad . Come on Walmart let's spend some money on the bathroom we know you can afford it even if you have to submit out to a professional cleaning company. Nasty nasty !!

Always find what I need when shopping in bulk. Checkout is the only thing I dread. The lines get a little crazy at times and it seems like there isn't enough help. But they offer scan and go on the app.

There's a terrible man roaming in their parking lot and asking for money. If you don't give him money, he starts insulting you. He's been there for at least several weeks, and probably will be there forever.

I'm being generous with one star! Sam's/Waltons are getting greedy...very greedy. We've been 'Business' members since Sam's came to Corpus Christi (1984). One of the privileges/benefits of our membership was being able to come in early, get our shopping done & get on with our day. Not so anymore; now we have to upgrade to a 'plus' membership at an extra $30. To me, this is simple, unadulterated GREED! And we're now seniors; doesn't matter/doesn't count for anything. I renewed membership couple months back. 'Came in about 3 weeks later and register rejected my card; said I needed to renew membership and I had over $150 worth of goods in basket. Went to administration desk & they had NO record of my renewal. We had a 'discussion'...wasn't nice. This store has some REAL problems. They renewed my membership w/o question. Sam's has gone downhill and I'd quit in a heartbeat if we had a Costco or other similar wholesale facilities of like kind here in Corpus Christi! 'Been talking to others in our area...they feel the same!

Sams Club Corpus Christi has improved as of fall 2020. Aggressive reduction of shrink and more staff. Ps. Keep the police at the exit door. Works wonders for us law abiding citizens. Still hoping for a Costco tho!

Seriously! If your profit is strictly from memberships, customer service should be your #1 priority. I wasted 30 minutes waiting in line for my membership card (set everything up over the phone, not from the store), only to be told that I needed to go to the end of the line...after 30 minutes! My mistake! The line started the opposite end. Give me paper and pen and I’ll write a sign for you! Better yet, I’ll communicate with a manager. Certainly, there are intelligent individuals that need a job. And maybe they’re hiring...to replace the associate with bad communication skills and that now directs traffic. Vent over
