Issues were all related to website and the links being broken (no human error there). I was on a time crunch with movers coming and they did everything in their power to make things happen. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Boat Stop Storage in Corpus Christi, TX. From the moment my wife and I arrived, soaked from the rain and hauling our travel trailer, we were met with the kind of professionalism and compassion that you just don’t see every day.
The facilities themselves are spotless, secure, and thoughtfully laid out. Every detail — from the wide lanes to the excellent drainage and lighting — has clearly been designed with the customer in mind. Access is easy, and the property is clearly very well maintained. It honestly feels more like a high-end resort for your RV or boat than a typical storage facility.
But what really sets Boat Stop Storage apart is the incredible staff. Mary Ann welcomed us warmly and ensured everything went smoothly from the start. Mark was fantastic — kind, attentive, and clearly dedicated to helping customers however he can. But I must give special praise to Tony, who went above and beyond on two separate occasions to help us store our travel trailer, including during that rainy arrival. Despite my insistence, Tony and Mark refused to accept any money for their help — a gesture that speaks volumes about their character and commitment to service.
It's rare these days to encounter people who take such genuine pride in what they do and treat customers like neighbors. Thanks to Mary Ann, Mark, and especially Tony, we felt completely at ease and genuinely cared for.

“Great new storage facility with a wonderful management team. Climate controlled units stay very cool even in ridiculous south Texas heat. Somehow, my autopay was not set up even though I had set it up initially on filling out the forms, and emails regarding late fees were filtered through my spam folders. Carla was extremely helpful and understanding and waived all my late fees, and she waived all my late fees.”
