This Sephora is the worst one I’ve ever been to in my entire life from la to dc and Houston and more this one takes the cake. We’ll get to their very lazy manager last but I’ll start with- dirty, it’s disgusting they don’t clean anything obviously and it’s so gross and there is dust and old makeup adorning every tester and shelf. They have nobody working there the one poor worker besides the manager was so busy she was taking care of like 20 people at once. While the manager was talking about “her break “ and telling them what to do so she could go on “her break” when she hadn’t been there the entire time she was invisible not doing anything. She was very rude when I asked a simple question. I wish I knew her name. Finally when I asked for a makeup wipe she told me to use a tissue for all the swatches on my hand when at every other Sephora they’ll just hand you a makeup wipe. They are out of everything their inventory is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s amateur hour there . I won’t be going back ever if I can’t get it at the other one I’d rather order online than deal with their gross store with a rude manager. Also the manager wasn’t even wearing makeup it looked like she just rolled out of bed … I thought they were supposed to look good since they work at a makeup store. Ok just don’t go there lol

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Shopped there yesterday and I was super excited because I rarely can afford this store. Purchased 2 items that totaled 70$. Entered my beauty insider reward email and phone number and asked about my free product I always received with my rewards. The lady at checkout dismissed me saying oh idk I don't work here im covering her break but I don't think so. So I decided to go back after work showed the actual Sephora employee my recept and explained the very unpleasant experience and was then told I had to buy something else ti use my rewards. After I just spent 70 on only 2 items. I will never return shopping here. Horrible experience. Save yalls money and order online thr prices are way better anyways. Ghetto establishment and I left feeling hustled.

The gentleman that works there is great! Another girl (shorter, glasses, curly hair) did a face scan on me and sold me on a few products, the service was great!

I had an alright experience, unlike a lot of other Sephora’s many good products such as the rare beauty highlighter and blush weren’t sold out and fully in stock!However. there was only one employee who had a hard time helping all costumers at the same time. We stood at the register for a while because she was helping others in the store.

This location has much to be improved upon. Wasn’t spoken to or offered help, nor was there anyone on the sales floor to ask for help. I then discovered there were 3 employees around the register area - but no one was in line? This location is managed poorly. I have to say JCPenney did a great job locally when they had Sephora. So glad the Moore plaza location has opened - they’re great there.

I went in , was not greeted. Had to ask a lady for help , and she kept walking off . I needed to color match a foundation , nothing was stocked. Then I’m guessing the manager came and somewhat raised her voice, stating I couldn’t test a foundation unless it was a tester! Being a manager, you should practice ,,, taking inventory correctly. Also if you’re not a happy person with your job consider , a better one. Not everyone deserves your negativity. Will not return !!!

WOULD NOT EXCHANGE a $20 item that was unsatisfactory for a different item. The cashier was sweet, but I didn't have a receipt, because I almost never have to return anything, and she couldn't lookup my purchase (cash). I explained I had my ID and just wanted to exchange it, I am a Beauty Insider member and have been for years. I go there often. The person who sold me the item last Thursday (I bought 5 items, about $130), didn't ask if I was an Insider member so my purchase was not recorded. I paid cash to keep my credit down. I have never had an issue with Sephora in the past. The supervisor that came to help did NOTHING to help other than reiterate that the cashier couldn't help. I only wanted to exchange it since the item I bought smudged on everything and didn't work as described. It probably cost the company $20 just for the payroll for the cashier to struggle to figure it out, walk to the back of the store, get the supervisor, just to explain that they could not help. Now I have an unsatisfactory item that I cannot use. I'll go to Ulta next time, they always ask for my rewards at the time of purchase without fail.

They're always out of stock of everything. I've tried going different times of the week but it's always the same. Nothing. Such a waste since it's right down the street from my house. Forces me to go to ulta, which I hate because it's in the mall. Staff seems nice enough though.

Ok so Mrs Kimberly helped me I was looking for something for my lips and asked whats my options were and she showed me 4 different looks..I felt like I really learned something from her she took her time with me. Super nice and super helpful!!! This is my local sephora and I always have a good experience I must say.

I used to like to come shopping here, but it has gotten really pricey. Also, I am a blind customer and time to time I have struggled to get assistance when I needed to go shopping here. It makes me so sad to hear that a few other blind customers went through the same thing like me, that they face Struggle with going shopping here because they were turned down and turned away because they were told that customer service employees were too busy that they didn’t have time to assist. I heard that the manager at Fire House Suggs next-door to this store had it in her heart to go out of her way to go into the store to help those two blind individuals, that is awesome of Laura to do that. I hope and pray that every day there will be more people like Laura to be willing to assist individuals with disabilities. People have to realize and remember that this could be their family members to go through such horrible situations like this. Please remember the people with individuals with disabilities deserve to be treated just like anyone else. Thank you.

I have gone to this sephora a few times. My visit yesterday was phenomenal! Alot of items are out of stock but that’s expected with the shipping overseas issue going on. There were 3 workers last night i didnt catch any of their names but they were so helpful and were able to help me decide which products to buy, they truly went above and beyond to assist me and I appreciate it. Will be returning soon!

so i went once , it was okay. lady scanned my eyelashes twice n almost charged me $61 if i wasn’t paying attention then would’ve definitely got me , it’s a bit messy , nothing ever in stock. i went a couple of months ago & it’s still empty. only very few products were stocked .
