The employees at the Calallen store are very helpful. Sherwin-Williams paint products are a cut above Home Depot and Lowe's.

Staff not helpful, and I was charged more here because they could not honor the prices from the store in town.

Staff is not very helpful, thru didn't seem to want to be bothered. Even with the builder information, Sherwin-Williams Paint can lid photo, number of the paint, they can't match it unless you know what brand (level) of paint it was when purchased. They were out of stir sticks, drop cloths, and paint roller handles.

Horrible service. Very rude. Employee named LEANDRA spoke to my mother like she was a 5 year old and screamed at her saying “I CANT HEAR YOU” when my mother wasn’t even talking. She had a horrible attitude and she smarted off to my mother who was asking a simple question. Never again will I take my business to Sherwin Williams if this is the type of unfriendly trash this establishment hires.

Knocked on locked door. Ignored me. Called number posted on door, they said they were open. But said (with attitude) they would not let customers in. All I wanted was to select paint chips for my wife and get paint later. Fine, I will spend my money elsewhere. Also, my coworker delivered foid to them the other day abd they did NOT top. We work for 5.25 an hour plus tips. We do NOT get the delivery fee. So done with these people.
