My sons first haircut experience was ruined. The lady hacked his hair. She was clearly in a rush and I honestly don't know how this chick even has a license to cut hair. There was absolutely no technique used. It's completely uneven on both sides. The front is so choppy. Not anything like I asked for. I asked for it to still be long just cleaned up in the front and around the ears. She started cutting so fast I couldn't even process how much she had cut until it was too late. My son was putting his head down because he was scared but wasn't moving around or pulling away and I was right there helping hold his head still. She just didn't give a crap what she was doing. I went home and cried over my baby's beautiful being butchered. I came here because this place has good reviews but they dropped the ball with my son so save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for your little ones haircut.

They did my son's hair ( Pre-K age ) really well and handled him perfectly! They also did great with mine. Will go back for sure.

Great work and Better Prices..When you go ask for Lyu!! She fades my 7yr old sons hair perfectly every time. I go for the wax she is very precise and pays attention to detail. Walk ins are welcome so u don't need to make an appointment the wait is never been any longer than about 10min tops. There is a slight language barrier if all u speak is English but they have employees that will translate.

They advertise $13 dollar H/C and end up charging u more basically whatever the person cutting your hair wants, ended up paying 22 dollars stay away from here!!

spanish speaking salon only one older lady who spoke spanish. I asked for them make the whole head the color of my natural color the same as my roots (brown) and I leave with black hair rather than brown like I asked and charged me for an additional 10$ for a haircut i didn’t ask for for 130$ i could have gotten a box of black hair dye and look gotten the same results i have right now.

Don’t even deserve one star. Dietrich chopped my hair in spite of the photo I showed him. He kept chopping and chopping until I hardly have any hair left. My scalp is visible in spots. The price they charged was ridiculous! $150 for haircut and highlights. Don’t go there unless you want to lose all your hair and your money.

It’s been 6 months since I got a haircut from the lady who only spoke Spanish. I didn’t get her name. I went in only for a trim of my ends. She took longer than I expected and I didn’t know why till I got home. But she kept offering me her “Rubio services” blonding services. At least 3 times in my sitting there. Which I didn’t want because she only did cap and I explained to her I did not like the cap and I was getting it done else where but thank you anyway. She also charged me more than what I was told I was going to pay for a simple haircut. She purposely cut my hair on one side shorter than the other I went a week later and the Aveda told me yes ma’am, She did in-fact cut one side shorter than the other and completely messed up the growth of how my layers were in the back. They couldn’t fix it till it grew out. I went this past week and they could still see the spiteful damage job of a haircut that lady did. But I’m glad I didn’t go tell Alma, she wouldn’t have helped me anyway. She would have made me pay for something her employee messed up on purpose, worst customer services ever.. Horrible place for a hair cut or blonding services and hair color( confirmed by another customer that I know who wanted to stay anonymous). At least by that lady to the far left who speaks little English. DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE THERE.
