Have been a customer of Sound Vibes since the early 90s. Robert Arsuaga has been my guy since then and is the best anyone could ask for. When I wanted to start playing again after many years, he new the perfect guitar to recommend. Will always get my new gear here.

Took an Epiphone Explorer in with a grounding issue. Staff greeted us right away and OT immediately went to work on the guitar. Was fixed in about 15 minutes. Sound Vibes is the best! Staff is always very courteous and willing to help. I’ll be back soon for some restringing and another amp!
