Horrible place! DO NOT RENT HERE! Over 20 units had been broken into including mine apparently not the first time either! They didn’t even tell me it was broken into I saw my stuff on fb marketplace and found out like that! I paid insurance and it didn’t cover anything because they had no evidence! They needed a picture of the broken lock which was not there because they sawed it off and took it so I had no evidence of that and they needed video footage but the facility had none! They have all those cameras and not one caught anything! BS! I had sentimental items from a passed loved one that were stolen! They even slashed my bed that I had in there! My items were molded as well and still nothing from that from insurance covered! Horrible experience here get an inside unit somewhere else! Do not even bother with these people they do not care about your belongings! I feel it’s an inside job as well apparently the police say they call every other night but fix none of the problems!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! My storage unit was broken into twice!!! I was told the first time the camera were broken and they were waiting on bids to be approved. The second time-months later-I was told they’re still waiting on bids for cameras. Do not keep anything you care about in this place. This place is a joke. No one ever gets back to you from “corporate”. They don’t care about their customers at all!!!

We didn't even have our storage for 2 weeks amd it was broken into. We feel like it's an inside job!! Nothing adds up!! They k ow there is a problem and they are doing nothing about it!!! They claim cameras don't work and we didn't get a call until 11am. Crazy!! DON'T USE MOVE IT STORAGE!! 2902 S.P.I.D. IN CORPUS CHRISTI!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE at 2902 SPID Move it storage. Wasn’t even renting a storage unit for 2 months here and my storage was broken into. I understand things happen but what I DO NOT UNDERSTAND is why was I not informed of the robbery? It took me twenty one days later to stop at my storage and realize my lock was changed. Apparently the staff had been knowing and claimed to have reached out to me about it but after checking my phone records for the call there were no records. I have no missed calls from them, no voicemails, no text, emails NOTHING from them to inform me. Apparently this happens a lot here so the staff behaves nonchalantly with no empathy to my losses on behave of doing business with them. NEVER RENT HERE. And if you do you might want to opt for the highest paying renters insurance so you don’t get screwed in the long run. Still waiting to speak to a supervisor. This is not okay
