I will say this store is the worst customer service there is the girls working there or Hispanic girls don't seem like they're very happy within themselves. Definitely not happy towards customers walking in the door. I bought two corn dogs wrapped in paper bags went home and saw how old and disgusting they looked. So now not only out of my money but didn't get to eat my corn dogs. Came back into the store trying to explain to them about my corn dogs and if I ate them got sick not only myself but other customers could get food poisoning. The young short Hispanic girl got an attitude towards me was being rude. When I asked about the manager she got ugly about it telling me well you don't have to eat nothing in the store. That you didn't have to buy it. Tried to explain to her when it's in a bag you don't know what's bad until you get home like I'm supposed to know these things. The food is there for us to buy and it should be fresh everyday. I want to speak to the manager this place or the owner of the stripes because this is the worst of the worst stripes and customer service there is. Not only that it's filthy everything's old all the girls do is just sit on their chair and do nothing collect a paycheck. I'm very unhappy with this store.

As a regular, I couldn't ask for a better staff. The manager, Jen, is a great team leader, her assistant manager, Pat, is excellent at working graveyard, and the rest, notably Sasha and Angela, are proof customer service isn't always faked. I also wish to give notable praise to Zen, who I've witnessed dealing with difficult customers with relative ease all while working her shift, despite being noticeably tired.

So I just left these stripes and bought myself a mega million for today. Come to find out the manager Tim, according to the cashier clerk on 3/17/2023 @ 7pm, states they do not take debit cards for lottery. I even asked the kid. Are you sure because I know it's not a credit card, but debit cards have always been accepted at any Valero I've ever visited for the lottery. Correct me if I'm wrong, and I apologize if I am. But is Tim doing his own rules, or is this kid doing something sneaky. Or is Valero allowing their managers to do as they please with the stores? I was across the street when I took the pics. I would have left two stars, but the restrooms smelled like the port a patty at the fair.

Please.Dont ever ask me again for my phone number to register for rewards....be a gatekeeper by stalling for time, by holding me back from purchasing by insisting on entering my god damn phone number, and acting a way for not doing as you were holding me hostage for my time. Stop.ill walk out and you can keep your time eating practice.

So frustrating when pumps don't have receipts. This station ask you if you want a receipt but then pump says 'clerk has receipt'. I don't want to go inside.

I'm a regular yet get turned down trying to buy cigarettes from the new girl because my ID is scratched up on the back. Yeah, not cool making me waste my time. Not going back here for smokes anymore.
