The manager Michael is very rude the store is filthy and has not changed at all it’s vile there’s rodents A nasty smell And a horrible attitude from the manager I have have witnessed multiple encounters with customers where he is very vile and rude The staff looks like they’re almost nervous to work around this individual and the store just shows what kind of place it is to work. It’s horrible needs new management immediately. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences

When I went to the Stripes off of S.P.I.D. & Airline I was impressed or surprised that no cleaning was done & no store associate was available for awhile to take our payments. Covid-19 or not there is no reason the store should be looking like its been TRASHED for awhile & not CLEANED. Even the sheet that is supposed to be signed per cleaning; per crew was nowhere to be found...which is a major no-no, especially if an auditor was to pop up on the scene!

Since Stripes has changed management at this store, it has gone to pot. The experience I had yesterday was unbelievable. I have gone to this store for many, many years. This person that took care of me was very curt with me. I inquired about the cost of 2 items, which she completely disagreed with me even though the previous week the other cashier did agree. I don't know her name or care to at this point. Treating a long-time customer the way she did lead me to move on to another store/gas station that I will give my business to, and it won't be a Stripes! She acted like a big BAD boss (not in a good way), and she was just a cashier No wonder the store has a rating of 2 stars. Another thing, she did not even give me a receipt, and I spent over $150.00 there. Don't go there, it is a complete waste of time. This is the store located at 5939 SPID at Airline CC, tx 78412

Went to get a single taco and the woman working the taco part of the gas station was extremely rude (unsure of name but the shorter/slightly stout woman with brown hair). When I got to my car and opened the taco there was no bacon when I paid for it so I went back and she took it back and put one piece of bacon on it and handed it to me. The potato’s tasted like absolutely nothing, no seasoning at all. I could have made better tacos at home by myself. 10/10 just go to one of the million Mexican places around here and get tacos there, you’ll get way better service and product.

Extremely bad bad customer service from most of the cashiers and kitchen staff specially from the store manager “Brenda”. If the store manager is like that what do you expect from the employees.
