From the moment we walked into the stripes, the woman who’s at the register at 11:42 PM on September 17, 2025 was the most rudest employee I’ve ever met. She was busy on her phone arguing with somebody taking out her frustration with us didn’t wanna help us to get hotdog buns didn’t wanna answer our questions. Very rude had to put out things up and leave to another store

Cashiers are rude, distracted, short tempered, and not helpful. This is not just an one time encounter, this is multiple encounters, 7 to ne exact. The manager is just as bad with his attitude, lack of customer service and time of voice when speaking to people. The last visit, a young cashier had her music blasting with cruse words and she was jamming. I had to say excuse me 3 times to get her attention. Then when I do get her help, I am treated like a am a nuisance for asking her to do her job. Thank God I live in South Texas and there are 5 more stores within 5 miles of this location

Cashiers suck been there 3 times and all 3 times they got that I asked for wrong especially the last time I went girl that was behind counter was blasting her ear phones and rapping and didn't hear what I said and charged me for something I didn't want and said there's nothing she could do about it so now I bypass that store and go to airline and spid store heard that stripes airline and Holly hires anyone

Came at 1:30 in the morning with a sign on the door saying be back in 10 minutes. Waited for 30 cause I need gas. Lady had bad attitude and I asked to buy 3 quarters and she said she had no quarters in drawer even though she just gave me quarters for change. What’s going on Stripes

We put gas and my vehicle started running very rough shortly after as we headed back home as we live out of town. I have had no problems with my vehicle running rough after putting gas. I Tried calling them to let them know several times and no one answers the phone.

I was treated like trash for asking them to change their gloves and she had a hospital band on ; that ain’t it I asked how old was the Barbacoa cuz it looked like was sitting in the pan all morning long not touched. The cook needs training and the cashiers. I asked for the Corp number and was not given the number.

Nothing is ever wiped down.. Nothing is ever prepaired... Every time I go in there, I have to ask them to make coffee because they either have none made, or it's been sitting there all day... if you want any condiments for your food, you have to ask them to restock there condiment section... no containers, no lids, no salt and pepper.. if you don't tell them to re stock everything, they wont.. the workers there don't want you to be there.
