The only good thing is this store is close but it really makes no difference I always have to go to The store further down because there registers are never working staff is rude as hell. They always want to treat people like they are all bums. The store is in mayhem and no one ever wants to serve tacos or margaritas it's like isn't that what u get paid for..?? ATM machines don't give all the money you pull soake sure you count it. I hate this store n I live right around the corner

Ever since Ms Annie left the store, this store has gone down. This store was always clean. Even the gas pumps were clean. Now there is dirt in and outside the store. Trash all over inside and out. There isn't any water in the windshield wiper bucket. Dry as a bone. Stray dogs every where every day. I wish I could post
pictures of how really dirty this store. iWhoever is the regional manager of this store had not been to the store in a while, or they didn't visit the store when Ms Annie was there. She vvCDalways and staff working the register. Now theres hardly any staff ³anywhere! Wait time...dont get me started on that!! Bathrooms are gross. Overall that this place is trash. And for all the money this store sees, you would think they would have a quality manager and quality regional manager looking after the store!!

Stripes store on Morgan sure was busy but I was happy to see how they greet customers. Friendly employees. Made sure to ask if you're a rewards member. The store was clean & kitchen hot food looked good. I give them a well deserved 100.

I am never one to complain… But when you have a cashier snapping at you for something one of her coworkers did. That’s just plain unacceptable. I go to this store all the time best believe i won’t anymore! I walked in to pick up some lunch, i ordered chicken strips the lady who put my plate together was very nice. I asked her if i needed a receipt to pay at the front she said they would print it for me when i got there. I get to the counter and the girl there rings up my other items. Then she asked me for my receipt I let her know i was not given one and that the other girl stated I would get one at the front. The lady at the counter snaps at me asking in a Rude way several times. She then tries to call the girl who gave me my plate. She just keep calling her name and gets more angry, because the lady she was calling was busy. Why not walk up to the other lady instead of saying rude comments where the customers can hear. Then when i asked one of the other cashiers for a manager she starts talking over me and saying no i didn’t i just asked, I’d you had a receipt I told her no ma’am you snapped at me. She keeps on being disrespectful and Rude! The manager never came out to talk to me. I will never understand why someone work in customer service and can be rude. We all have bad days but you can’t be rude and ugly to your customers …

the stripes on the corner of park road and white cap rd is absolutely horrible. I walk in, no greeting from anyone. I purchase two drinks and the customer service lady didn't even tell me how much it was, didn't say any kind of thank you nothing....I am in customer service and have been for many many years and I love my career choice...she acted like she didn't care at all!!!! please pick better employees for your stores. I didn't feel welcome at all. we are on vacation and we will drive the extra miles to go some place else. I know I am just one person but if each person is treated like this then I'm sorry, I don't see your stores staying open long since they are running customers off.

I bought a pack of bubble gum which totaled to $2.04. Paid with a $5 and was given $2 back. Cashier told me that they no longer gave coins back in change. Why not just give me $3 back instead? What a rip off!

Bought breakfast tacos this morning and the tortilla was hard and under cooked... The tacos hardly had potato and egg basically paying for tortilla with two pieces of potato and a few pieces of scrambled egg..
