I worked here two weeks don't eat eggs when I was made some went in rotted some with blood I was told to leave in container,when they place hot food in the back to cool down it gets flyies larvy I saw tiny one on the edges of container several times before I place them Lydia and miss Gtold me not to wright off scrap sheet just put back on freezer

I didn’t look at the name tag but the guy with dark curlish hair and beard was looking at my brother with a very mean look, and had an attitude, my brother is 12 years old, weird to have a problem with a child. Next time we won’t be so nice to something like that hope management sees this and corrects him to not be looking at children that way. We just left at 11:24pm so I’m assuming he works the overnight shift.

Terrible experience at this location today with the manager Lydia. She was berating an elderly employee and calling him “stupid” for not taking out the garbage. This is the last time I give my money to a company who employes this kind of trashy human beings. Especially in a management position…

The Stripes is great customer service. I really like the staff. The Laredo shop workers are AWFUL, lazy, unfriendly and service is terrible. The tacos are too. The tortillas are soggy and you get maybe three pieces of chicken or beef in it. The workers in the Laredo shop obviously hate their job and make sure the customers feel it.

Tonight was my first negative experience at this Stripes location. I pulled in at 2:35am only to find that both doors were locked. They're supposed to be a 24-hour location, yet it was locked. There was one employee working the prep for the Laredo Taco Company and she turned my direction when I attempted to open the front door. Talk about unprofessional....

My credit card got trapped by the pump. Staff was unaffected and annoyed by my requests for assistance. And I got the feeling this happens often there.

The employees at this store location are always friendly! But please do yourself a favor and don't get your car wash there. I went and left disappointed. The machine ran for like 2 minutes with no soap nor scrub. Thought I'd try it since my usual car wash spot was being maintenanced. Never again.

the stripes on the corner of park road and white cap rd is absolutely horrible. I walk in, no greeting from anyone. I purchase two drinks and the customer service lady didn't even tell me how much it was, didn't say any kind of thank you nothing....I am in customer service and have been for many many years and I love my career choice...she acted like she didn't care at all!!!! please pick better employees for your stores. I didn't feel welcome at all. we are on vacation and we will drive the extra miles to go some place else. I know I am just one person but if each person is treated like this then I'm sorry, I don't see your stores staying open long since they are running customers off.

I bought a pack of bubble gum which totaled to $2.04. Paid with a $5 and was given $2 back. Cashier told me that they no longer gave coins back in change. Why not just give me $3 back instead? What a rip off!

Bought breakfast tacos this morning and the tortilla was hard and under cooked... The tacos hardly had potato and egg basically paying for tortilla with two pieces of potato and a few pieces of scrambled egg..
