The clerk refused to take 60¢ worth of pennies when I tried to pay. Told me she wasn't a bank, and that I had to go roll the pennies. When I told her no she became aggressive yelled for me to get out of the store and called the cops. This is absolutely unprofessional. I can't believe stripes would even employee someone that would act this way. Over pennies, all money is good money and this is trash on stripes/711's part.

Apparently Cassidy has to be out there while some guy is doing something at the pumps and had the store locked. Didn’t acknowledge the 3 customers who were waiting outside. This used to be our favorite store but she has bad customer service.

Apparently the clerk can just set their own limits to the bags of ice without having any signs posted. After not giving me any reason for the bag limit, he rudely explained that the ice was for "neighborhood people", and would not let me have more than 2 bags because "fishing guides always buy up all the ice". (I am not a fishing guide). If this is such a issue than Stripes needs to have signs posted stating that there is a 2 bag limit in place at this location. Horrible customer service at this location.

This location is honestly the best. I love the two clerks Mike and Carol and the manager Brian they are super friendly and treat you as a friend and not just someone coming in to buy merchandise. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and greet you with a smile. Awesome people
