I'm not sure the name of the employee, but he is always extremely rude. Most of the employees at this store are very rude and I don't know if it's a sex or a race thing..... or if it's because I'm gay. My last experience with this employee he embarrassed Me by accusing me of stealing from the store and made me take everything out of my pockets to show him that I did not take anything and just show him where I placed the item that he was accusing me of. There were like at least six or seven people behind me in line and it was very humiliating. My girlfriend even walked out of the store because she was so embarrassed. We live very close by the store and go there all the time but we might have to relocate stores and take our business elsewhere, because his attitude and his customer service is unbearable and completely unprofessional.

Good morning this time was very diferente for me first thing it was this very friendly cashier by the name Tina so welcoming and with big smile the make wants coffee immediately then she ask how my day was going make me smile thank you strip you need more people like Tina on your team 😁

RUDE WORKERS. i get a paper bag to put my food in it and I get scolded like im 8yrs old. I always stop to fuel and buy all my snacks there but im gonna be passing next time. Youll lose my business for a .3 cent paper bag and a big mouthed employee. A measly paper bag triggered them. On the other hand they were making themselves iced coffees and they were happy amongst themselves while being rude to customers. Their priorities are misaligned

SO I WALK IN THIS STORE ON MY LUNCH BREAK, ALL I USED WAS THERE MICROWAVE AND GOT ONE LITTLE CONTAINER OF PICO DE GALLO,ONLY TO BE ACCUSSED OF STEALING TWO FRIED CHICKEN LEGS. WHEN I TOLD THE LADY I DIDNT GET ANYTHING AND SHOWED HER MY FOOD,SHE STARTS YELLING IN MIDDLE OF A BUSY STORE THAT SHE HAS ME IN CAMERA,WHICH I REPLYED SHOW ME THE FOOTAGE. SHE KEPT YELLING THAT SHE HAS IT,I KEPT REPLYING FOR HER TO SHOW ME THE FOOTAGE CAUSE I DID NO SUCH THING. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE VERY VERY LARGE MALE WITH ACCUSATION IN HIS VOICE LIKE IM LYING SAID"DONT WORRY BIUT IT ,WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT" IN WHICH I REPLYED TAKE CARE OF WHAT I DID NOTHING AND I WANT TO SEE TUE FOOTAGE NOW. AT THIS POINT THEY STARTED TO IGNORE ME AND WALKED AWAY.THIS IS RIDICULOUS AS I SPEND EVERY SINGLE DAY AT A STRIPES 3 TO 4 TIMES A DAY.DISGUSTING BEHAVIORS AND LOOKS VERY BAD FOR THE COMPANY.

I typically leave a really positive review wherever I go, even if there are a few little flaws. I had a very unfortunate experience here that, and it's usually not very pleasant here, but today was definitely out of line. And I felt obligated to express that on their site. I was falsely accused of getting a drink when I did not. I communicated to them that it's all on camera and that I don't appreciate being attacked that way. They made me leave, and I was happy to oblige because I don't go where service is like that. They were collectively rude as an entire staff and I was shocked. Maybe it was due to my appearance, which is even more disheartening. I don't recommend coming here, I don't recommend supporting this business. And I say all of this whole heartedly. Not to mention all of the homeless people and sketchy behavior and mentality of the entire location.

Wow been waiting for over 30 mins from hot cheese. There are females in the back that are in chirt shorts and a crop top. The manager seems not to care. If I could give 0 stars I sure would. There needs 5o be new staff and management here

The clerk who works at night is very lazy and tried to overcharge me. They aren't selling any hot foods at night like tacos or hotdogs. Oh and my drink was very watered down. This place has really gone down. I don't even want to go in there at night. Something needs to be done or I will call corporate or speak to the manager

Overnight clerk had a horrible attitude and when I I asked for a corporate number she said there was none. Waited a few,called the store and asked for a manager m. She asked why and I proceeded to say does it matter and she said yes. ToldHer I needed to speak to them . She refused to give the Phone to anyone.om . She insisted what the call was for if not she wouldn’t pass me to a manager. Her whole attitude on the phone was disrespectful
