Went there today and went to look to find something I wanted to snack on rude old man name Carlos started rushing me wasn’t even in the store for 5 minutes this man if he don’t like his job he don’t need to be working I’ve gone there plenty times and never had a problem manager is good people along with the young girl there very cool people but that guy he has some issues and gave bad customer service litterly kicked me out the store for trying to find something I wanted I did nothing wrong at all that man is making this store look bad when it’s not even bad!

A man named Carlos does pretend to scan 7 eleven rewards app,also is rude and racist towards my husband were regular customers,I'm also getting tired of disrespect from him. What he's is doing is wrongfully upsetting Unfortunately I was told he can never be fired or corrected because he knows someone from the higher ups of stripes, that is not correct they need to fire him or correctly tell him he can not be doing that I will get the law into this because I am fed up ?????????

Rude old man giving me attitude about buying when I haven't decided what I want yet. Asking if I was deaf when I wasn't paying attention to him and telling me to hurry up. I left after that cause he always has an attitude towards men.

Very frustrating that this “24 hour” gas station is always closed when I get off of work. You can see them in the store, I guess they just don’t want to deal with customers.

The employess ruin this store. There is one " employee" who locks the door for no reason at 5:30 in the morning every Sunday. Others talk to their friends who are standing by the counter , then act like its an imposition to ring you up. The Corn Dogs sit there literally for hours and were VERY out of the amount of hours they should be in the warmer. Hard as a rock. I have gone in there at 7:30 at night , and more than once there are NO items on the grill at ALL. Any question you ask ANY member of the " staff " is met with a rude surly response again an imposition to them . When they do answer its most always " I don't know ". This must be policy at this store , as the Manager is just as rude as her staff. I have asked before " who is the district manager, met with " I don't know" of course.This store is truly THE worst one in Corpus.

This place isn't in the best part of town, so I hesitated to visit for a long time, in spite of driving past it daily. I was missing out. It's clean and organized, and the staff there are unconditionally friendly and sweet, to everyone. I've seen them handle irate homeless people with grace and dignity, and they always handle sleep deprived me with kindness.

I have never been treated like a third world person... I am a regular here and the graveyard shift employee who drives a silver kia and when asked if I could have his name said " GET THE HELL OUT OF MY STORE " I'm closed for shift change.... Really @ 0300 he ( Carlos ) should've locked and put a sign on the door... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
