I’ve been having a rough time lately and went in to see about getting a loan, an associate named Lorena sat down with me and was so helpful and understanding with my situation and was able to get me situated. Customer service can make a difference in someone’s day and I appreciate the amazing customer service I received. I got out of there and immediately had to write a review cause it’s not everyday you get that kind of compassion and kindness. I feel she went above and beyond!
