“This place has awesome personnel, i was greeted as soon as I walked in. The parking lot has plenty of parking and open spots by the door. Dago, was awesome and has a subtle way of explaining things. He went out of his way to write down pricing for me and provided me with all the information I needed and then some. For being in Corpus this is a great truck rental company with great customer service in Corpus! I look forward to doing business with them.”

“Rented a U-Haul for a few hours. The 9 foot cargo van was a great vehicle. It drove smooth, AC was cold. You could tell it had been maintained well. It did what we needed to move items. Fast service at the front counter. I highly recommend.”

“Went down to the uhaul on leopard where all they rely on is beer and lottery tickets.. Had to return a uhaul and they were trying to charge me $158!!! I came in 20 min earlier than my return time and they made me late.. went to calicoatte and they proceeded to help me with no hesitation.. even got $20 back into my card cuz I paid beforehand calculating my miles. Melissa and Robert are such loyal people and we need more people like that in this world”

“Brittany the manager seen how much trouble we had gone through trying to get the truck we reserved 3 weeks ahead just to be told there wasn't one available and we had already flown to pick up our belongings. She made it a point to help us get into the 20ft truck and even took us herself 30mins away to another uhaul to make sure we got it. Quality customer service at its best. She helped turn a bad situation into a better one.”
“First when you walk in the Store you are greeted by Ericka Ayala who immediately crushes you with her smile. If you were unhappy when you walked in, sunshine just entered your life. She then introduced me to Michael Almanza, the hitch man. I’m 81, from Blue Eye, Mo., in Corpus, going to Stillwater Okla early in the AM, and desperately in need of help with a wiring and hitch problem. Let me tell u, there cannot be ANYONE in the U-Haul system that would be more accommodating than Michael was to me. He said something like “quit fretting, I’ve got this”. I’d give him ten stars if I could. U-haul store 832065 is the BEST. And this review is real and I’m not a robot!!”
“Rented a large box truck to move personal items about 1500 miles to the north. No problems during journey, no problems during checkout. Have to deduct one star because the truck was uncleaned from its previous customer, but other than that the price was much lower than any other company.”
