I’ve have been in many chairs for haircuts but none have been truly as welcoming as this place. The whole crew is nothing but welcoming and full of smiles and laughs. I’ve come to know Gema for some time and she’s always my go to person to get the cut done. Besides her being a hair Stylist she’s also a great friend and listener when you’re in her chair, highly recommended her she’s an angel.

Hands-down the only place I’ll take my son for a haircut where I feel safe, seen, heard, and accommodated as a mom and a neurodivergent individual.
It’s difficult for me to take my son and I out because we ooze extra feeling and emotions without putting a badge on it and calling it something ha. I usually get my hair cut at the college with esteemed hairdressers to be-it’s been some time since I’ve invested in my own self care but when it comes to my son, I have found the best place for both him and I to visit and share our energy with in an experience that makes me feel more than comfortable to come back as regular patrons.. It’s only been twice so far and that’s honestly all it took to feel like we mattered but in the way all would be grateful I'm sure to want to feel too. The whole staff works well amongst each other but this post wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for Gema. Her empathy, understanding, professionalism and really the accommodations she made sure we experienced after communicating as best I could about our peculiar uniqueness was truly an act of altruism.
I’ve been to places that advertise sensory-friendly services, but nothing compares to the genuine care we’ve received here. Gema and the rest of the staff make us feel valued—not just like we’re customers but whole valued individuals. That kind of inclusion is rare and I’m so thankful we found it here.

Arrived to Supercuts to a lobby full of people. Tried to check in - but the 2 hairstyles said to take a sit & that it would be while. When the gentlemen hairstyles came up to cash his client out. I told him I checked in online. Was told it's first come - first serve. Waited for an hour. When it was my turn - I asked what's the point in checking in online. Was told it was a waste of time because it was first come first serve. He gave me a trim. Which I thought was great. While I was cashing out - I used a card - but when I tried to tip him was told he doesn't appect credit card tips. I had no cash. So he went Tip less. Why is this????? Found this to put me on the spot for not having cash on me. When I arrived home to take a shower to rid of cut hair - I happened to notice that he didn't cut the neck line & there was a large patch uncut.
Needless to say I will NEVER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Adrian does an amazing job. He pays attention to what I want and looks at my reference picture with detail and applies it to my actual haircut. It feels good to have a stylist who listens and delivers! Come see him for some pretty layers
