The reception was warm and welcome. I appreciate the hairstylist who cut my sons hair but if I'm being honest I'm not very happy with this haircut and I did not want to say much because I felt the hairstylist was getting annoyed at my requests for what I was looking for. His sides are not even and not blended in well. The top is still too long and not what I wanted. I thought maybe the experience of the hairstylist would have helped me ease through to the end result but I did not feel the communication was flowing between us for the finish. I originally wanted a fade and clippers for the top because of how fast his hair grows and how hot it is outside. All in all the staff was nice and friendly but the service wasn't what we wanted. If I decide to use supercuts again in the future I hope it is different next time.

First picture is what was asked and agreed upon. The rest of the pictures are the sad excuse of what was given. Not only is this not the cut asked for but there are multiple uneven flyaways on the top and the bangs werent even touched! The barber refused multiple times to continue to complete the haircut. Ive never recieved such incompetent service. I truly hope this matter can be rectified and management reaches out.

Excellent customer service I have been going to Roger for the last want to say 5 years He's always done an excellent job even though when I had long hair and nobody else wanted to cut it really short he listened to exactly what I want it and he went to work last 10 minutes I had my haircut done my way Great job Roger keep up the good work
