I used to shop at this Target back in the day when I lived in Corpus Christi from 2007-2016 and thank goodness they had a motorized cart for me to get around the store as I have sciatica and plantar fasciitis. The store was well stocked and very clean. Plus it was a few miles from the Motel 6 on SPID near Paul Jones Avenue. I was so happy they had travel sized Tide, Dove shampoo and conditioner (Men+Care), Electric Shave (pre shave) and Wet zones hand wipes.

This 5 star review is specifically for a gentleman named Patrick who works in the drive up. He is incredibly kind, patient and a total joy to interact with. Patrick needs a promotion- STAT!

The way this target operates their drive up service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. They ask for the 4 digit code and then tell you we will be back with your order.
The reason they do that is because once you arrive at the store and put “I’m here” a timer starts running on their end and the target is to deliver your order in under 2 minutes. As soon as you give them the 4 digit code they input it on their device (the zebra) to stop the timer so it makes the store look good on their statistics. In reality you’re there waiting for your order for over 20 minutes. It defeats the whole purpose of doing online pick up in the first place.
For everyone reading this I suggest giving the employees the 4 digit code when they have your order in hand ready to be in your possession so you can be on your way out and not be stuck out there parked waiting for over 20 minutes, that way it shows a true accurate wait time and not a fake wait time that this store has manipulated it to appear on their end.
Next time I’m going to Walmart.

Tried calling all departments and guest services but never got anyone to answer the phone even once. Tried for 10 minutes straight.

Not a bad place for most shopping you will need. The range of items is wide and I’m always able to find what I need. I do only do for specific needs however, and not too often, especially because the lines can be long sometimes. You may even consider going early morning to avoid the crowds.

Always a disaster and the employees are rude. I had a worker say “can’t you see me working” as I was walking in front of them trying to get around 10 other people.

Very easy to find what I was shopping for. I had to ask someone to find a men’s wallet and they escorted me to the area very politely. Cost for the men’s wallet was reasonable.

The drive up for target has gotten worse and the time to wait is outrageous. I put “on my way” 15-20 min out and end up waiting another 20-25 minutes. The whole point is time and not having to go inside, but it’s a long time to wait and not enough workers.
