Tax Express-HEB is a well-stocked grocery store that offers a generally positive shopping experience. Customers praise the store's wide selection of products, although some note that certain items, like a specific hot sauce, may not be available. The store's self-checkout system has received mixed reviews, with some finding it challenging to use. However, the standout aspect of Tax Express-HEB is the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Patrice, who is described as genuinely kind, helpful, and an outstanding employee. Overall, Tax Express-HEB is a reliable grocery option for the local community.
Whenever I am at this location they never have enough open lanes available and I have to wait forever in line. I wish HEB cared more about customers and would have adequate check out lanes available.
