the manager was rude and the service was very slow and unorganize I was waiting for a checking transaction to clear for more than one month and was waiting for savings application form for a week before receiving a call back stating we are ready for you to come in and sign up for your savings account after one week this is the most despicable service I've ever received from a bank when I first got to Texas champion bake they stated they do not have a overdraft plan/option so I assume they'll be safe with my money never going over but instead I am currently receiving statement that my account has reached negative oh service bank takes up to two weeks to a month to receive a new card if lost or stolen when other banks are able to print you out a temporary card or permit card right there and then another banks are able to stop any transactions once there is insufficient funds on the account
