Had to return a pair of pants I oredered online for my son and she just made it so smooth. Thought it was gonna be a hassle trying to return them in store but it wasn't at all!Of course I needed the order number and I couldn't find it on my phone so she helped me look for it....lol!

I love this store. Even when I have a few bucks in my pocket, I manage to get my grandson an outfit. I buy most of his clothes there. I love this store. Employees are nice.

I love the pants and price I have two boys and buying clothes for them is expensive especially since I am on a budget and The Child Place seems to always have a sale which suits me just fine I would recommend this place to any parent(s) on a budget

I went in to the store on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 and was not pleased with what I saw nor with the customer service. I had to tip toe around the sales associate and the clothes that she was folding as she sat on the floor. The clothes were all over the floor and there were two other employees working on the exact same table. It was two hours until closing time. After I tip toed around them trying to prevent myself from falling over, still nobody acknowledged that I was even there. I tried to get their attention and still nothing. I had to go back and approach them to ask about the price of a pair of pants. The lady pointed and said that it said $9.99 above the display of pants. Then she went back to her conversation that she was having with the other two employees. She acted as if I was so rude for interrupting her conversation. Next I approached the counter to pay at the register for the pants that I should not have even purchased, because of the horrible customer service. Still nobody came to me. I had to wave the pants in the air to get their attention and still nothing. Finally, I shouted out that I would like to pay. The lady came over and was acting as if I was bothering her. She asked me if I was a member of their rewards program and I said that I was not sure and I gave her my phone number. She said that nothing came up and so I asked her to look up my mother's phone number and still she said that she found nothing. I told her that I knew that my mother was a member and asked her if it might be under an email address. She was acting very annoyed and then when I asked her if I could just get signed up, she said that it was okay, because it had already bypassed. That was so RUDE! I don't know that I will shop there ever again. Not until they teach there employees how to act professionally. They are there for the customers. They can get together after work if they want to chat. Management really does need to have a training session or they will lose business.
