The place was clean, but the workers are EXTREMELY rude. I had walked in one night to do one quick load and wasn’t there for even 2 minutes when I was told “you can only do a quick wash and that’s it” with attitude. So I just left. I went the next night earlier and got my load in. My mother had walked in, along with some other people trying to do a load. The older lady with black and gray hair then starts yelling across the store “NO YOU CANT DO LAUNDRY ANYMORE ITS TOO LATE” but they had already put clothes in. So she let them, and then continues to tell them to “hurry up” and “we close at 10 you need to move quicker than that” and yells at everyone that walked in. I get if it gets too late and you have to stop people from washing. But she had no right to talk to anyone with the attitude she had. She needs to be fired.

Bell is the worst manger that you have here at 3310 Morgan ave. CRUZITA should be the manger here. I come every Friday morning and 75% of the time Bell is sitting on her butt not doing anything. Check your security cameras and see how Cruzita is running all over the place cleaning the machines and wiping them down and folding clothes and sweeping the floors and mopping them. CRUZITA breaks her back around here. She should be the manager of this store. Bell gets a big fat zero. Bell doesn't touch the machines unless someone has a problem with the credit card machine. You need to make CRUZITA manager and give her a raise!!!

I like the newer washer and dryer the speed cleans. I really hate that it is constantly like a sauna. You need to be in front of a fan and its still waves of heat. Thank you

The lady working tonight would not let us use the restroom after telling her my 3 year old is gonna have an accident it's barely 8pm and she tells me she already cleaned. I asked her how Long and she walks away from me. I tell her ill wait and she tel me she not opening it smh

Workers stole my bucees blanket lmao...are you serious never seen the workers working today that are normally working there and my bucees blanket went missing and a heb trash bag ended up in my dryer when i went to take my clothes out the dryer SMH....
