I have been a customer for 20 years. They service has gotten so bad I've had to find another company. Jennifer from Safeguard promised to pay me back money for 2 months with no service and they still haven't paid me.

Just had an altercation with customer service. They called in for verification over 30 minutes after a false alarm and persisted in arguing with me that the call was 4 minutes after. Things got heated and now I'm looking for a new provider after more than 10+ years. I'm very disappointed and highly unsatisfied. You don't side with a computer over your customer in a situation like this. She should have said "Oh! It looks like there may be an issue with the system".....Not "You are wrong Sir!". No stars from me!!! Only put 'One' so I can post. Also, this isn't the first time they call late!
