I had my unit broken into awhile back, they didn’t notify me until late until the day. No cameras or lights at the time at my location but other cameras were pointed at general location. She complained it would take all day to sort through thet days footage. Police were notified, thanks to me. They didn’t notify them. I moved out the same day for obvious reasons. They still charged me for the remainder of the month even though I notified them and the circumstance at hand.

They were very helpful with transferring to a different unit and facility. The location is clean and easy to access and cheaper prices than my other storage. Highly recommend

Sorry to leave Move It Storage, 6001 Holly Road. After 12 years, our belongings are still good as new. Their climate control atmosphere does a super job keeping your things free from mildew. Dylan Tully is a great property manager. D Welch

Obtaining everything online was super convenient. The only thing was I was assigned a unit that wasn't the same layout as the one we saw in person.

The facility is well kept, the manager--Dylan is great to work with and is willing to work with you when needed; your unit is well secured due to their lock, codes, and gate policies.
