I was looking forward to getting my hair cut & colored & even made an appointment for my mother. The day of appointment I was running 5 minutes behind & I let her via text. She replies by saying that their new location has no running water & has to reschedule appointments. I completely understand these things happen but she never bothered letting me know ahead of time. I would have shown up there if I hadn't send her text. I also tried to reschedule & never heard back. Disappointed & bad customer service!
