Showed up for a question about my vape at 440pm on a Tuesday. No on answered my calls or knocks. They close at 800 pm. Very unprofessional. Longtime buyer, never buying from them again.

Poor selection of pod kits, especially if you don't use salts. The salesperson had very little knowledge of products being sold and called their boss, who apparently suggested they search Google to find product information. I thanked the salesperson for their time and left without making a purchase. The store did look clean and organized.

Every time I show up to buy something they are always closed 2 hours early, this is the 5th time I’ve tried stopping by this week and still nobody is there at 6pm when they close at 8 pm, I will not be coming back👎🏼

I just wanted to share Cameron is a very nice and great salesperson. This store has great products, friendly staff, service that is second to no one. The store is very clean and organized. He will go out of his way to explain and help you with any of the products they have available. Thanks Cameron. Will enjoy doing business here. Have a great weekend. Hope sales increase brotherman.

I'm not gonna be mean and give it one star, but the variety of mods was lacking, and they didn't have any that didn't come as a kit. I just wanted the mod. I have my own builds. I had to go elsewhere so I wouldn't have to spend an extra $30 for things I don't need. Like I said, I won't give it 1 star because I don't know about anything else in the store. If you're just going to buy juice, ignore this review.

Andrew was so very helpful for my trip there. I’ve been out of the vaping scene for almost 5 years and wanted to get back into it so naturally I had some questions. He was very knowledgeable about his products and didn’t try to push anything onto me just for a sale. He made sure I was aware of what products I bought would do and even recommended another place for me to try out as well. I appreciate this shop and Andrew!

Went there this morning at opening at 11am as advertised. Was closed. Waited 10 minutes and even called their number. Nothing. Not reliable. Find a better, reliable vape shop somewhere else.
