Needed some Glass Oil Sample bottles with measurements on the bottle. Miss Stephanie was super helpful and had to do some digging to find the bottles but she didn't give up till she found all I needed. If you need any type of Lab Equipment, call Miss Stephanie ! She will find it for you !

Initial receipt did not include shipping charges. It was understood that because I was going to pick it up from the store, there would not be any shipping charges. Without my knowledge, they charged my bank account an additional $22 in shipping because it was a drop ship. Their website says the customer may cancel order if shipping charges are too large. I was never given an opportunity to cancel my order. I could have purchased the same scale for half the price, including shipping, from Amazon.
