The staff is great! They are so helpful and very friendly. Scheduling appointments was a breeze. I felt very well cared for. Set my son up to get dental work done there too. Would highly recommend. Dr. Khoo is very nice and everyone explains everything that's being done. You never feel like you don't know what's going on.

I have had a great experience each time I've gone for an appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Love love Dr. Boss, she is always in such a happy and bubbly mood.

I did not have to wait long, the staff was really nice and polite. They didn’t rush me but they took their time to explain everything that they were doing. They listened patiently as I spoke and then they gave me a treatment plan. They were very organized.

I wish I could evaluate their service, but I didn't get a chance. I showed up for my 3:00 appointment today and was greeted by a sign that stated that they were closed due to a power outage. Funny thing is both businesses that flank then in the same building had power. Sure would have been nice to get an email or text stating that I would have to reschedule before I took off work and made the half hour journey there. This doesn't instill alot of confidence that they care for their patients.

Do you not go here. This place is horrible. I went in for a regular cleaning and exam and was told I had a cavity. I went in for a filling and it was the most painful experience I have ever had at a dental office. I felt every single drill and injection. I then continued to have pain in the tooth for a week. When I returned to the dental office, I was forced to get it refilled. I then continued to have more pain in the same tooth and was forced into a root canal with a crown the root canal with the crown cost me $600 out of pocket I was told I would receive $400 back When my insurance paid out the claim,. I eventually called them to inquire about the reimbursement, and was told that they filed a claim, but it had not been paid out after three months of trying to get my reimbursement back. I was then told that I would only be receiving $150 they claim to have it charged me $50 for a missed appointment that I had called to cancel but they were not open at the time that I called. This place is a scam. I should have read the reviews before going there. Save yourself the pain the time and money. Do not go to Tide dental

Dr Khoo and the entire staff at Tide Dental are very welcomig, friendly, and accomodating. Patient Safety and preventing Surgical Site Infections are their top priorities. my husband and I have been patients at Tide Dental since we moved here 3 years ago we have very good insurance and have always paid for the work done, this time I was told that I needed a crown. I expected to make an appointment at that time but I was told I needed to pay $200,00 prior to making an appointment plus I needed to pay the whole amount prior to them doing the work! That was not that way previously but I was told their policy had changed. bottom line they got their money before they did the procedure and I waited for reimbursement. I came home and called our insurance company and confirmed with them that was Tide Dental's policy and not the insurance companies. needless to say I found another dentist that required nothing up front. I walked out with a new crown with no money out of pocket. I gave two stars as the facility was spotless and the staff was friendly. I was satisfied with previous dental work. however, I was extremely unhappy with their new policy. Just be aware that is is what will be expected of you.
