I purchased 2 tires from this place. One tire had a nail still in it so it was losing air. Yesterday I stopped by to have the tire repaired. I was charged $20 and today the tire is flat with the nail still in it. This place sucks. The repair tech had the audacity to ask for a tip and didn’t even repair the tire. Zero rating is what this place deserves.

I will not be coming back here again. I pulled up and some young kid comes towards me. I tell him I need a new tire and he goes looking for it. Next thing I know he’s servicing another car that just pulled up. That’s when I left and went to Banuelo’s on Staples. They had exactly what I needed and was able to take care of it right away.

By far the worst tire experience I’ve ever had-Paid $60 for a used tire & I was told it would be another $10 to rebalance the tire they Are putting on.Stayed an extra 15 mins. While the worker talked to a friend in the parking lot after taking my tire off & just leaving it sitting there.Was charged another $5 for disposing of the the old tire.

Disgusted and disappointed my husband went there with a pre purchased tire to have them install and the man with pointy side burns slashed his tire to charge him for another one!!! (The razor blade was found by my husband) After asked why would he do that? His response was “you shouldn’t have brought me a bad tire”

I called ahead of time. The technician said all used tires are $50. When my daughter arrived, not only was he rude, he told her $60 instead of &50, and then wanted to charge her 10 more for disposal. We could’ve waited until tomorrow, and went to one of the chains, but it seemed like a good idea to get this out of the way and go to a locally owned business. Lesson learned.

Found a screw in my tire on my way out of town. Stopped by Tire Express and they got me in right away. Tire was able to be plugged and I am on my way.

Employee patching my flat was very nice and accommodating as I had my baby with me. He worked fast and efficiently in the blaring heat and it was only $20. Tire is still doing great since. Thank you!
