This store has gone downhill. On a recent visit, I noticed they’re imitating Goodwill. They are now placing bins over the racks with more merchandise! Tacky! And sales floor assistance? Non existent. Yet you see many employees on their cellphone or chit chatting one with the other. I guess customer service isn’t the number one priority. So disappointing.

As someone who is an assistant, finding that the store wont do a return even with reciept without the ID of person to use the credit is very frustrating even with original card of purchase . Not everyone has time to come sit in the store thats known for the 30 minute plus lines

Very interesting place it has name brand goods of all kinds from clothes,jewelry, purses and luggage. Very organized considering how many different things they carry . Now because of the decent prices and selection there is alot of people and long lines at the cashier. Worth checking out for sure

The dirtiest store I ever walked into and I don’t blame the employees, how can customers walk in there and destroy this store so many nice things in there it blows my mind, so disappointing

The products and pricing are amazing. Great selection of products. The isles are crowded with stuff.
The check-out is horrible. Every time I've been there, the wait is extremely long. This last time, it was hot, and I was sweating after waiting in line for at least 30 minutes. People nearby were joking about whether they should leave. It wasn't worth it to be in line that long for a couple of items. I thought one aisle was a discount aisle because it was so messy.
I really want to go back for their products, but I don't want to shop and then stand in line longer than I shopped.

Had 1 item to return today stopped by twice only had 2 freaking registers open Seriously lots of ppl have gotten their tax money and they're out shopping they need to be BETTER PREPARED with staff for a weekend so disappointing

I went to TJ Maxx, and it was packed, kinda messy but found 2 pants on the floor. 1 red wide leg thin slack, 1 pair of jeans and they were both my size, great price, and those are now my favorite pair of jeans ever!

Great variety at great prices. Horrible lines all the time. Walmart's stand alone cashier is faster. Ditched a buggy many of times due to the line here.

Make sure to set aside half your day just for the time spent in line alone. Cleanest bathrooms in Corpus Christi, I loved having to pick up my roll of toilet paper from the floor because they can’t open the dispenser. Hand towels? Just use another roll of toilet paper!
