Worst service ever. Had two guys come to install a dishwasher and did not hook up drain hose and left hot water connection leaking. Of course can’t talk to anyone had to clean up wet cabinet under sink and they still charge you

If you want to buy new appliances, go buy them at Lowe’s!!! And stay away from Samsung. They have both been horrible dealing with after they I refused delivery on a damaged Samsung Range. Still waiting for my refund so I can buy a GE Range from Lowe’s. Their customer service is a joke!

I am the owner of a very successful local restaurant in Corpus Christi Texas. I ordered a portable air conditioner online to cool our private banquet room for a special event. I was quoted a delivery time of two weeks. Because it is summer in South Texas air-conditioning is essential. After a month I didn’t receive my order and went to the store in person to check the status. They told me it wasn’t here yet and that it would be delivered soon. I asked them to cancel the order went straight to Lowe’s I picked one up on the spot. Same brand at a lower price. Six weeks after the original delivery date the air conditioner was delivered to my store. I am not only disappointed but will not be returning to the Home Depot for further needs and necessities. GET IT TOGETHER GUYS!
