I come from Iowa and there are no Total Wine & More in Iowa. They have a product called grind espresso shot that is espresso infused rum. It is the cat's meow for morning coffee add-ins. So I ordered it online and the warehouse manager made sure it was available for me and I walked into the store he handed it to me I paid for it and I was out the door. Could not have been any nicer easier or satisfactory.

Upside: Great selection of alcohol products. Knowledgable staff that are neat in appearance, large parking lot area. Store always seems clean, maintained and well staffed.
Downside Can be pricy.
Comments: If they'd onto have it in stock, may be able to order. I recommend this place.

Went to Total Wine in Corpus Christi TX wanting to buy a nice bottle of Bourbon. Everything I asked for I was told no because those bottles are saved for certain members. I responded with “Essentially I’m not important enough to be able to buy any of those bourbons” to which the sales associate responded with “Yes that’s right”. I understand making sure your club members get those kind of bottles but to completely exclude every other shopper because they aren’t as “Important” as others is really terrible.
Update: ordered a bottle of bourbon online that they have in stock and it was cancelled (twice). Went there and the sales associate looked it up and it showed they have it but they refused to sale me a bottle stating it was an “inventory issue”.
