If you are in need of a gate look no farther. Troy is trustworthy and will work with you to design and install a gate for your specific needs. There are no gimmicks with this outfit. Working with contractors can be a nightmare but my experience with Troy was streamline and effortless. This company will not try to squeeze more money out of you like other contractors and companies do. The price and product you agree upon is exactly what you get. The only thing you need to be prepared for is that you will end up with an overbuilt gate that will last. If you run into any concerns Troy is accommodating and professional. The work this crew does will not leave you concerned whether the work is done correctly, instead you will feel relieved that there is nothing to worry about. If I needed another gate I would choose this company again without a doubt. My only complaint is that other contractors and companies do not operate to this level of satisfaction. I have had my gate for years and every time I use it I feel proud to have it. Years later, if I call Troy with a concern or question he always answers and never makes me feel like a burden for reaching out. Troy and his outfit care about doing good, honest work.

Troy motorized a fence we already had in December 2020. He did a nice job and I felt the price was fair. Unfortunately the gate has stopped working twice since then and the service is less than stellar. The first time it stopped working in June 2021 I called him and someone came out to look at it. I did not get a bill and I did not think anything of it as it was only 6 months after it was installed. It recently quit working again and I called to see if someone could come out to look at it again. I was informed that I had not paid my $250 invoice from the last visit (which I never got) and if I wanted them to come out it would be an additional $250 for them to figure out what was wrong and it could be more if they needed to order parts. I informed them if I owed something they should resend the invoice and I paid the $250 so they would come out to fix it now. We exchanged what I thought were some friendly emails regarding what was included for the $250 (which I was never did find out). Apparently I made them angry as I got an email saying they were refunding my $250 and have "booked other work...unable to attend your jobsite."Disappointing to say the least.

Troys Fence provided excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend him if you’re wanting personal cost-effective and reliable customer service. He listened to what we wanted, provided options and considerations, worked within our budget, and delivered an automatic gate that was custom designed, built and installed at our ranch. Working with Troy's Fence was a breeze from start to finish! We received a 10 ft. aluminum gate with motor. Troy and his crew were on time and professional. The communication aspect was very professional. Troy kept me updated on the progress being made on the fence and when the installation would take place. Best of all, the gates are custom fabricated in house. Very happy with the overall service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an iron fence.Services: Ornamental iron fence
