“Our company leases several Penske vans and panel trucks long term. The only reason I'm giving Penske 5 stars is because Emmett Sanchez went above and beyond to help me out. I ran out of gas about 1/4 mile from Penske. I walked to Penske and asked for help. No one would so I started walking back to my van in 100 degree heat and called my company. But then Emmett drove up and said he wouldn't want to be stuck out in the heat and gave me a ride to Walmart so I could buy a gas can and gas. I'll never forget his kindness. He didn't have to help, but did. He is an asset to his company and an all around nice person.”

“Went down to the uhaul on leopard where all they rely on is beer and lottery tickets.. Had to return a uhaul and they were trying to charge me $158!!! I came in 20 min earlier than my return time and they made me late.. went to calicoatte and they proceeded to help me with no hesitation.. even got $20 back into my card cuz I paid beforehand calculating my miles. Melissa and Robert are such loyal people and we need more people like that in this world”

“I accidentally rented a unit rather than 'reserved' a space online for Storage King USA-Rodd Field in Corpus Christi. This meant an immediate charge to my credit card and the incorrect date with the rental starting a full month early. I contacted the location and Kelsey was so kind, and understanding, and corrected the issue immediately. I was so relieved. I am trying to do so many things at once in preparing to move my college student home for the summer and Kelsey took a huge weight off of my shoulders by making this quick correction. Also, when reserving online, the system only allows a 2-week in advance reservation. Since mine is 1 month out, I was not allowed to reserve the space. Kelsey promptly took care of this as well. I selected this company and location due to the outstanding reviews that I read online. I'm taking care of all this from North Texas and Kelsey's help has been a lifesaver. Looking forward to renting through the summer until school is back in and looking forward to meeting the staff in person. Thank you!”

“I have always ran it from U-Haul in the past. I recently rented from Penske for the first time. I found it to be less expensive with nicer trucks cleaner trucks that got much better gas mileage therefore, it saved me more money and made it nicer to do the job that I had to do, I also found that the personnel at Penske were very very nice and accommodating. I actually enjoyed the one time I’ve rented a truck and I will continue to rent as long as they are the way they are.”
