I’m deeply disappointed by the limited selection of Black hair care products available in your store. Brands like Pattern are gaining popularity and deserve easier in-store access rather than being restricted to online ordering.
Frankly, the lack of representation on your shelves feels discriminatory. I urge you not to fall back on the explanation that product availability is solely based on purchase data—many other lesser-used products are stocked consistently despite low demand.
This lack of inclusion is discouraging. During my visit, I found very few relevant products. I hope this feedback prompts a more thoughtful approach to how you support all of your customers.

Staff is not good. Everyone is upset and in a bad mood which I guess I don’t blame them because management is rude. Philip is awful as well as some of the others in charge like some older lady with blue hair and another named Claudia. I do not blame all the other workers for being rude if that’s their management. Everything is messy and unorganized. I love Ulta, just wish this location was better.

Color match by alyson very friendly and made me feel welcomed & educated me on makeup because it was my first time and i didnt know anything and she was extremely helpful, love the awesome enviornment

I had a awful experience at the Salon this week that has left my hair looking terrible and very damaged. I've been getting my hair done at Ultas for several years and it always turns out great. This time I had a new stylist, and told her exact what I did, and didn't want. After nearly SIX HOURS for a service that was scheduled for two, I left for what I specifically said three times that I did NOT want.
If it looked nice, I wouldn't be upset, but it is so uneven that I don't want to wear my hair down. Additionally, since bleach was in parts of my hair for hours, it is badly damaged. My hair needs to be fixed, but since its been so over-processed, I need to wait a while before adding anymore chemicals to it.
The stylist didn't handle it well, and also didn't handle the customers that needed to reschedule their appointments since she was with me with hours longer than expected either. Overall, this has very much soured my thoughts around using the Salon at this store in the future, and likely any other Ulta as well.

Place is really clean and organized, staff is helpful. There was one staff member is particular i did not catch her name but she asked me if i needed help and i asked if she could help me shade match to a foundation,. She looked at me and said “ehhhh” and to me that sounded like she did not want to help, then says “i could but im not good at shade matching with that foundation.” That remark immediately ruined my mood and at that point i no longer even wanted her help. She did try to shade match me(which shouldn’t be hard to do i am very fair and there was only like 4 fair shades of the foundation) but i do not understand how an employee of a makeup store was unsure if she could help shade match. There was no makeup remover around so i just used alcohol to remove the swatches off my face and she brings me a makeup remover and says “do not ever use alcohol on your face” like excuse me? You couldnt even shade match me and now all of a sudden you know what i should or shouldnt do to my face? Giving advice is fine but there are better ways to send messages.

The store is clean and well organized. The staff is great especially Justine she went out of way to help me and even recommended some products for my skin and the particular look I was going for with mascaras. Great store!
