I came in during a busy period to get a refund on a textbook and the front desk and manager helped very quickly. I appreciated how quickly they prioritized getting my money back to me.

Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a friendly member of staff who made us feel really welcome. The atmosphere of the bookstore was great! Overall it’s a great place to shop textbook and university peripheral products!

I am sick and tired of trying to get my textbooks here. Every semester (Fall, Spring, Summer 1, and Summer 2) They are always behind on something or missing my Texas Workforce order. Inevitably this always means I go 2-3 weeks without my books until they get themselves together. I am beyond tired of being treated this way.

I bought the connect access here. Their website made it seem like I would also get a physical textbook. After I bought the connect access, I saw that I could get access and a rental textbook online through the connect website for $50 less than I payed. I did not get a textbook. I got scammed.
