I came to this office desperately in search of help tracking and coordinating my in-person pick up of a package I missed during delivery (it arrived a day earlier than expected), after the UPS site and all of the phone numbers provided led me to either a robot, a malfunctioning site app, or a remote customer service rep who offered absolutely no help.I was immediately greeted by a friendly individual who listened to my concerns, and took the time to call the very driver who attempted earlier delivery of my package; together, they coordinated my meeting with the driver to sign for and retrieve my package, only minutes away from my home!Thanks to their exceptional customer service; my birthday gift to husband arrived on time, ahead of the holiday.While I unfortunately did not catch the name of the gentleman who helped me at the customer service center around 4:45-5:00 PM 1/12/24', I did get the name of my delivery driver, "Hector". UPS Corporate/UPS Corpus Christi, as you read this review, please give these two individuals a raise, they are amazing and went above and beyond!~Dr. Jaime Ann McQueen

So helpful. She taped the package for return. She found the second address as the original address was a PO Box. Happy sender. When I left I had the info to track the package.

HORRIBLE! I received 3 tree frogs and when I got them they were dead from the heat because they were in the back of the UPS truck ALL day in the heat being thrown around. I have a video on my doorbell cam, of the driver flipping and twisting my tree frogs around, NOT HANDLING APPROPRIATELY! I showed the manager and he was trying to justify the drivers actions! DISGUSTING! He was bald and had a beard, middle aged man and he told me it was my fault basically. He could care less, just wanted me out of the place! This place is awful, the front desk workers are very helpful but everyone above them is awful, I hate this place and will be taking higher action!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They get paid all this money to lose packages smh. Another birthday ruined by ups ! And can't even submit a claim because no one answers phones anymore! September 13, 2023.

My package was delivered to the wrong address! I have received packages from UPS and FedEx in the past month. So why would UPS put a label over my correct address with a different address? Because the clown who couldn't find my address did that! Lucky for me this is a small town that know each other and was able to go get my package from yhe wrong address label UPS warehouse employee put on it. Yes this business has gone down hill and their automated answering service will not let you talk to a live person and once it reaches its script, it hangs up. D**** Absolutely absurd.

Driver is ignorant and does not know how to pickup packages even though I have paid for pickup now my customers are not getting their orders because of some lazy driver.Ive called 3 times every day he has refused to pickup the packages.
