The rudest person in there was a girl named Ashley. I drop off packages all the time at any other UPS drop off place that’s ready to go. There’s no sense in me standing in line. Seven or eight people deep she said no I can’t just drop it. I have to wait. Funny how I can do that at any other location but this one.

Customer service here is absolute garbage. I was unaware of how to do a return, the lady talked to me like I was stupid. Like sorry, I don’t work at UPS store. Jeez. Could be better

This store has been useless way more than it's been helpful. Every time we have tried to send a return via a UPS acct, can't do it. Return Amazon order, can't do it. They always send us to the Saratoga store.

If I could give a zero I would! I went Tuesday 05/27 and they were closed due to losing power but their neighbors had power so I went back again today 05/29 and they didn’t take my return due to their system being down. Furious! I ended up driving to the ups store on staples and they were quick and
friendly to help.

These ladies are the very Best, on this day it was a Sunday this past Sunday I had a very large amount of Milwaukee drill sets needing to be shipped out and each with there own labels 51 plus another different package. We'll in a matter of what I thought was going to take a minimum of a hour these 2 delightful ladies teamed up never stopped smiling and had labels printed and in the slip like they only had a item 51 drills individually shipped to same person. Each experience I have had has been a great one and if I didn't know this group definitely informs me. So 2 my UPS ANGEL'S THANK Y'ALL LADIES and by the way these 2 were the 1st ones that helped me the very first time and I absolutely pray I always get them. I have had a couple of rude females but the 2 UPS ANGEL'S CERTAINLY KEEP ME GOING BACK. THANK YOU AGAIN LADIES

I’ve had great customer service experience at this location. I’ve had a mailbox here for year this month. My experience with staff has been great and respectful . I would recommend to another of this mailbox service.

Went to this store today to pick up a package I had sent there as an access point… when I arrived there were 2 workers at the door that didn’t say a word to me.. the third lady behind the counter asked me what I needed.. let her know that I was there to pick up a package that was delivered. She asked my name, looked at the computer for a few seconds walked to the back then said nope we don’t have anything for you. Must have been sent back. I asked it says on my email that I have until March 4, 2025. They all looked at each other and said well it’s not here call this number and say you want to file a customer complaint. The worse service… I would not recommend using this place at all… I would not give any stars if I could

This was my first time at this ups store. If I could give 0, I would. The girl at the counter asked me if I was mailing a check and I replied yes. She told me I would have to schedule a pick up at my address because they do not ship checks from the ups store. I said ok, but then decided to call ups to verify this because it sounded weird. The representative stated that the ups stores do accept checks for shipping. I called a different ups store and they also said they do accept checks for shipping. Now I am a day behind due to the wrong information the girl at the store gave me. So frustrating. I will never use this store for anything.
