This UPS Store is constantly giving me issues. First with a mailbox I purchased there. They tried to charge me to renew my mailbox, until I showed them that they wrote the wrong date on my paperwork. Before they saw that they made that mistake, they said any package delivered to my mailbox would be returned unless I renewed. Come to find out, I had a month left on my contract. Now today I show up and have a package ready to go with label and all, and they said they can’t do international shipments. Yet I look online and they pop up as an eligible location!I would stay away from this location and go to other locations in Corpus. They clearly have some issues with staff/management that need to be dealt with.

HORRIBLE service!!!!Off of S.P.I.D......offers NO TRUE PARKING! Robert, the GM, is super rude!!!! Tried setting up tracking notifications and it states NOT IN SYSTEM.Glad I did not give this person any money!! Will never take to this location again!!Does not deserve ANY STARS!!!

I have never had any issues with this store returning my stuff or with staff. Always been able to get processed quickly but I also always have the proper information requested.

Called repeatedly several times to discover if they had a notary. No one ever answered. So I went elsewhere.

So apparently the policy is you Pay for shipping and then Pay for the label…. ???? What a crock…. I’ll be shorting your company’s stock, because if you’re reduced to charging for the labels to make a profit, then you’re company is in worse shape than your PR and news announcements would indicate, which is horrible already….

Worst employee young lady told me I needed to wrap my package in tape even with the required brown paper UPS accepts. Apparently the employees make there own rules. There is nothing in the policy that requires what she ask to wrap it like a Mummy in tape and she never even offered to help fix what her expectations. Under new management what was said threw the conversation.New Management you lost our buisness and I’m going to tell everybody at Church including Bingo on Ayers.

Anna was the sweetest! She took care of all my fax / shipping needs. I got there around 5 when traffic is heavy with ppl who just got out of work. When I got in line she greeted me & let me know she will help me shortly. As someone w/ exceptional customer service, I applaud her for managing a busy rush, while remaining positive and up-lifting. She let me know to hang around to confirm the fax sent while also attending the next customer in line. She’s a trooper and I’ll be back instead of returning to FedEx on Weber that rush customers and can barely crack a smile.

Rude! The workers work for $15 per hour but they act like they own the store. They are gonna be mean if you ask questions. They need to be trained how to serve customers.

No place to park !! Made several attempt’s to drop off package always the same thing !!! They need a place with parking more than a few cars! Call center is a joke

This is my go to store for any mailing or printing needs. They are under new management that is super friendly and you can tell the staff appreciates their management. Every visit, I’ve recognized Gloria for going above and beyond with her customer service. She is caring and tries to help you in any way possible.

Comments from other reviews about the parking lot are not exaggerated. I anticipated trouble with my Amazon return after reading the reviews however the staff was friendly, polite and helpful. I did not have a label printed off and they helped me find a QR code which they scanned off my Amazon account from my phone no charge. They said they would take it from there and have a nice weekend. Did not see any hours posted on the door.
