This place is not trustworthy. I’ve called about 100 times they don’t answer. I’ve been out of town , my package was left at the front desk. Now it’s no where to be found. Just lost more than $5,000.00 dollars for trusting these people. Very unprofessional.

My coworker had an experience here very similar to the other 1-star reviews. This morning around 7:58 a.m., she walked up to the door to check if it was open—it was. She went back to her car to grab a very heavy package and proceeded inside. The manager told her that “the lights were off, so they were closed.” My coworker apologized, explained she thought they were open, and waited until 8:00 a.m.
When she came back in right at opening time, the manager refused to take her package because it wasn’t taped. My coworker apologized again and asked if she could borrow some tape, but the manager said there would be a fee. The packages were in their original boxes so she just wanted to charge her for tape. After going home, taping the package herself, and returning, the manager still refused to take the packages. My coworker was extremely frustrated as one would be.
The interaction came across as extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. We ended up calling the UPS Store on Saratoga, where the manager was extremely helpful and polite, she said she would never charge us for tape. We will be taking all our business there from now on.

You can have packages shipped to their address from anywhere for a few of $3 a package. It is a very safe place to have your packages sent to,and not worry about porch pirates.

Poor service with this location. One of my staff asked them if they can mail box 10 boxes and they said yes. After unloading everything, they just told him, they only accept 8boxes and the rest would have to be mailed in another location. I asked the Saratoga location and they said they accept irregardless of how many boxes……. Not sure why this location with too many staff complain still running the business and representing UPS…. Just wonder….. if you were reading this, better go to Saratoga location. They have better service……

No notary on site contrary to what their website advertises. Their phone also doesn’t work so you can’t call ahead of time to ask like I tried to do. Don’t waste your time.

Female employee at this store is very rude. She had the door open and at 2 minutes before 0800 I walk in and she rudely tells me she is not open and will turn the lights on when she is. I walk outside and then open the door to ask if she is open after 0800. She asks sarcastically if the lights are on!?!
I told her that is not right to treat people so she insisted to refuse to take my package!
Customer service is poor at this store!

stopped by twice in 2 weeks as Amazon said the package is waiting but they can't find it in the store. on 3rd week the oldest lady there finally found it but wanted to charge $3 PICKUP FEE? for using their store? What about the $ saved by not having to deliver it?? Worst service / store ever!!!

Absolute worst customer service in Corpus Christi. Older Hispanic lady has no people skills and should not be working a customer-facing role. The rest were not much better. UPS should clean house and close this location down and retrain everyone. Horrible!
