Terrible. The manager is incompetent. My package got delivered 2 days late with a guaranteed service and they refused to refund me. They kept saying it's UPS's fault not their fault. Even though they didn't ship it until two days after I dropped it off. This is a SCAM business and will not help you, even if it is their mistake.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever gotten from a UPS store. I'd give them a zero if it was possible. My shipping program was telling me that the store email was invalid for this UPS store where I was trying to print the shipping label. Rather than just trying to be even SOMEWHAT helpful, the two ladies working were short, and not helpful whatsoever.Additional info: went to another location and emailed shipping label to another email and it worked just fine. (Imagine that)This store should be ashamed of themselves.

Old lady employee are too rule and mean. She talk and stared her eye on me like she doesn’t want to do her job. I send packages and lady explaining for me understand the policy while 2 more employees stand next by laugh at our conversations. There is so unprofessional and bad customer service in here

This place looks for any excuse to refuse shipments. Out of the past five times I’ve been here they’ve refused three of my shipments. The employees couldn’t be bothered to help me find a solution either time.

Terrible service, didn’t provide a receipt when asked, trashed my returning label and box then returned package back. Go to the UPS store on Saratoga, way better staff and care of packages.

My package was given to someone that was not me. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. Ups denied my claim saying there is proof of delivery when the proof states that someone that did not have my name got my package. Now I am having to jump through hoops to get a solution.

Every single time I visit this location, I am ignored, never greeted, and made felt like I am an inconvenience! The staff there today, this morning was no different. Need better staff. I dread going there!!

Do not trust this store with your packages. I recently had an order of makeup go missing. I cannot get anyone to confirm any information on where the package is. The package was marked out for delivery but, on the same day was picked up by the customer. Our package was either given to a stranger, which is highly unlikely since they would need a tracking number and identification to pick up the package or, our package was stolen by the employees at this UPS store. The lack of communication is extremely suspicious. You need to watch your staff because they are stealing from your company and more importantly, your customers.

The worst customer service experience. They charged us for something we did not use, and the quality of people that work there... they looked like we woke them up. Horrible service. And when I try to call them, they pick up the phone and hang up right away. YUKUPDATE . The store responded how shocked they are to find out that they are not great, and oh please reach out to us. I did. No response. So my review stands.

I do love being scammed out of $14. I go there to send back two things to Amazon, upon which I have the code and everything. She then says I’m going to require these to be in a box and I said why she explains because it’s on the shipping instructions. I pull up the shipping instructions and say the shipping instructions do not say that I need to put them in a box. Can you show me where and she just kept saying it’s there it’s there and I’m like I’m reading it it doesn’t say that. Just goes on for a minute or so and frankly, she says either you put the box inside of another box upon which I have to buy two or I’m not gonna take it even though the instructions dont
