If you're a thrifter, this is the kind of story you love to go to again and again because it's always a positive experience. Even some of the medium-sized, cause based stores (like the Purple place) don't check out everything they're selling you and they don't give refunds!
Bonus, American thrift is located right next door to the Fruit King!!!

“I browsed for work clothes here and found several nice pieces, including a Badgley Mischka shirt. Both of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The selection of clothing is geared a little more toward older women; it’s not a place that teens might flock to, except they do have a big selection of formal gowns and dresses for prom, etc. I highly recommend this store for browsing for a fun afternoon!”
“We stopped by this goodwill and it has changed so much. There was a gentleman that caught our eye, he was so friendly when we walked in, greet us warmly and with a smile. He also asked if we needed help when shopping around. At checkout, Derrick then was really kind, and helpful. We purchased a bag he offered and rounded up our change to support their “mission”. Derrick went above and beyond, we will return definitely due to him and the cleanliness of the store. 😊”
“I love Once Upon a Child! I think the staff is very friendly including the owner or the store. I especially love making my tote bag on Tote Bag Tuesdays for a little bit of extra savings. My sons size is often hit or miss but that isnt their fault! Just waiting for a restock on 6-7 for boys once they get enough items in. I have never had a bad interaction with ANY staff member there whatsoever.”
