For the most part, the postal workers at 6 Points Post Office are very helpful and friendly. Service is reliable and relatively quick. I get many shipments from Amazon and they put them in a cart for my use to take them out to my vehicle. Once in a while, a box will be placed where the counter workers can't see it to pick up to give to me. Once I realize that something is missing, I have to return to the counter with my package tracking to make sure they have looked everywhere for my box. So far, I haven't lost anything over the years. Overall, getting my mail and packages sent to the post office rather than my street address is secure and quite superior. Peace of mind knowing with free P.O. Box "Street Addressing", I will always get my mail and internet mail orders no matter which shipper is used. I very much hope USPS does NOT close this location!

I love using this post office. I’ve had the pleasure of going by when Amanda is working twice now and she has amazing customer service. She is knowledgeable on sizing and pricing and will help you find the best box to ship where you need it to go. She is one of the happiest people I’ve met and it’s genuine, not just because it’s her job. She’s that awesome!

It is a special day for me because I have found the best USPS office in my town and a best staff at right here. Amanda was amazing. she treated each customer in a very heartwarming and respectful way. I won't go anywhere else but this USPS office with this staff. Thank you Amanda !!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told by employee with horrible attitude numerous times in a row that “it’s not his job” to scam my QR codes for shipping labels. Refused me service and sent me out with 5+ packages. Has given serious attitude on multiple occasions and management seems to do nothing.

I love this post office because they often provide the best customer service. They help me learn about different types of packaging and pricing. Amanda and Brenden are always welcoming, patient,and are willing to help. 5 stars to my friends at the post office.
