Stonewall Station management needs to plan and schedule enough manpower to open a second window on Saturdays. That one guy who’s trying to move the line by himself shouldn't have to the carry the entire station.
Also, because he's the only person working customer service at the window, he constantly has to apologize to customers for his leadership's lack of aptitude to manage the schedule well enough to properly staff the face of the station.
If I owned a service oriented business I would hire every customer service person (all 5-stars) who works at Stonewall Station except for the management.
The subordinates represent the organization like professionals, even when they get harassed and bear the brunt of customer's displeasure. This manager apparently doesn't care about the station or its employees and should be removed and be replaced with a competent person.

They come at different times most of the time my mail is getting misplaced in different boxes on my apartment complex complex. I’ve already had to complain to the mailman. I had and he told me 2:30pm but sometimes I don’t get my mail till closer to 5:00pm but other than that, the moment is very friendly and nice

my zip code 78410, my pkgs are rcvd at 78410 usps, then sent out to kingsville, which in turn have to be rerouted back to 78410. I had 1 pkg sent to every usps in Corpus Christi, 78410 sent to kingsville, rcvd again at 78410, sent out again to woodsborro. this is a regular occurance, not just 1 x, happens all the time.

REALLY?!? from San Antonio to 3 different usps in Corpus Christi 78410 usps where I live, shipped to Kingsville, shipped back to San Antonio. what next? Guam? oh, yeah, had pkgs with my rcvng address 78410 sent to new york, Virginia, washinton, hawaii, & GUAM!!! to name only a few ...

I missed delivery of certified mail, scheduled redelivery but it never got delivered. Scheduled another redelivery and still don't have it when they said I would. It shouldn't be so difficult.

Lot's of negativity on their rating. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Customers seem to expect everything from the employee's, yet they grin and bare it.

I paid $1000.00 cash for a USPS money order at this location. I found out the payee didn't accept money orders and I went back to cash it at the post office I bought it at and they were rude and unhelpful and said they didn't have enough money to cash it. I've been back again and they said the same thing and sent me to Robstown post office who couldn't cash it , either. I have emailed the "help" center two or three times only to get the exact automated email back with no follow up and no solution. Am I supposed to just tear up this money order and throw away $1000.00? Never again. From now on, it's Western Union. I trusted USPS. I don't anymore. I've lived out here my whole life and I am treated like dirt. Bad customer service and bad business ethics. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY WITH THEIR MONEY ORDERS AND DONT EXPECT ANY HELP FROM THEM, EITHER.

My mail is never delivered to the correct address. Sometimes not at all. Not sure who they are hiring but definitely need to look into new people. This is a regular issue.

There's a reason they have such low ratings. I sent out a certified letter and some how some way it got lost. No trace, no scan besides when I initiated the process at the Stonewall Branch. If you are looking to send out mail certified or priority go else we'll. The reason they didn't get a 1 star is due to the fact that after calling customer service and them having management call me back they did offer to send it priority express due to the inconvenience but I have now lost confidence in this branch.

Love the staff here! They are so personable and go above and beyond to help you. Probably one of my best experiences at a USPS location.
