Why can't I get my mailbox key that I paid $25 for over a week ago?
I can't get to my mail because you guys won't do your job. We knew it would be a run around especially after the person at the front desk stated, He doesn't cut the keys very often so it could be a few days...over a week ago.

I wish there was a zero star for this post office, yesterday I sent my daughter to mail a letter to Christus Sphon Shoreline, Christus that is 5 minutes away. This is not something that I can just drop off. Apparently her school has a program where they can do volunteer work. ANyway my daughter said while she was inline, another student was mailing his application. THE LADY WHO WAS working give the student an option an apparently chose an Express mail service. HOWEVER, my daughter was next inline, and was also given the express mail option. Those poor babies had to pay 30.00 dollars each. My problem with this, there are cheaper options, how about letting the kids know that they can possibly use priority mail or 50 cent for a stamp for a letter that is less than a few ounces to get to Sphon Shoreline in a day or two. I am very disappointed about people who does not use critical thinking because the system wants to make an extra buck.

I have noticed a pattern: whenever my regular courier is not on duty, the replacement carrier fails to pick up my packages, then report in their system the next business day that they couldn’t “locate the package” when the instructions state “KNOCK ON DOOR”.
This has happened multiple times, forcing me to personally travel to the post office to drop off my outgoing mail—an inconvenience that should not be necessary given that I am utilizing USPS’s mail pickup service.
As a business owner who relies on USPS to fulfill shipments, these missed pickups are negatively impacting my operations. I am requesting immediate corrective action to ensure that all substitute carriers on my route follow the instructions provided and complete my scheduled pickups without fail.

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to. The workers and supervisors can't even do their freaking job. Went there twice in person On December 18th, and the 20th for a package that has been sitting here at this post office since December 7th @ 12:09 PM. They told me that the supervisor would call me the first time I went. I never received a phone call, so I went back to talk to the supervisor himself. He then told me I would look for the package and would call you myself. Today is December 23rd and I still have not received a phone call, text, or even email. How hard is it to do your job or even call someone for an update you said you would? We need an actual 78414 post office instead of this crappy one. This is the absolute worst and most lazy pathetic post office I have been to. No wonder why people don't want to use USPS and why they are losing money.

These idiots now lock the lobby at 6pm on weekdays. I used to be able to access my lockbox way later !! Then these jokers take away the mailbox to drop off mail!!! You are the post office!!!! Where am I supposed to go now. I'm canceling my box soon. This is a Joke!!!! If management made this decision, they must be incompetent people !!! Hire better management.

EVERY time I come in here they always tell me what they CAN’T DO. How many different formats of shipping labels are there to where you didn’t even know what mine looked like before you said no? Both the woman and the man in there need to learn customer service. RUDE. Find another job where you’re alone because you 2 shouldn’t be treating CUSTOMERS like that.

Post office sucks. For 1 thing. They never answer their phone. I did a change of address, and they were supposed to forward my mail to my new address. Never did. The new tenants got all of my personal information. Their 800 number is useless. Told them I couldn't reach my post office and they said they couldn't help me. I live in Paulding, Ohio. Lately, whenever I mail something to my sister in Corpus Christi, it seems she doesn't get it, at times it comes back to me after a few weeks. I have her address correct, at times just put her initials plus last name, correct address. I know she gets 'junk mail' with less information. I have sent gift cards and checks to her. She is a widow and her late husband is retired military. Is this the way the post office treats people. YOU SHOULD BE FINED and put on probation

Walked in 10 minutes before closing and the guy says “if you can hurry up and write it we close in 10 mins”. Wrote down the shipping address then tells me he can’t help me out to come back tmr because they are closed already. Unbelievable!!! I get you close at 5:30 but help the customers out that come in before closing! That’s the least y'all can do.
