Asked to do priority express shipping 1-3days starting at $31 was told no they dont offer that anymore and that my total is starting at $21 2-5days since they dont offer that option. Had to call usps and ask if they offer priority express1-3 days starting at $31 at all locations and they said yes. Went back inside with the rep on the phone to confirm i was correct. I was then finally offered 1-3 days priority express shipping starting at $31. Really big stresser for a pregnant women :/

Seems like the mail is somewhat not delivered to your address. I feel that the carrier does not care about your package or mail. I never feel comfortable to order items that has to be mailed to my address.

My regular mailman followed through with threat .
He stated he would either not deliver to my house and or hold my mail up.
I reported him immediately to Flour Bluff supervisor.
Went to do my shopping .
And then my mail was delivered.
My concern is He will keep doing this.
I'm filing a formal complaint

I can't even tell you how often I receive packages like this from this post office. No matter how many times it is labeled fragile. I've literally received packages barely holding together. My regular mail person is great, but when she's not working the replacement can careless. A recurring issue is when the substitute just bypasses my house when I have outgoing mail (yes, flag is up). I've called the post office and they point blank have said they don't have to stop. What??
Needless to say, the enlarged photo I ordered was horribly creased and cannot be used. This is no fault of the sender. The photo was packaged and labeled appropriately. Filing a claim will go nowhere. Been there, done that. Never heard back from those claims. It's a shame that the few good people working there get clumped with the rest of the lazy, careless bunch and it starts with management.

PackageOn December 28th.And my package is still not delivered I paid $159 dollars. Now the 16th of January and still NOT. delivered. I need to get my car fixed and can't do ANYTHING!! No help at all.

I use this post office all of the time. I have to bring my rowdy toddler in. Each time everyone is so nice, patient, and have always been a great help, no matter my need for the day.

I got here at 11:57am to do my address exchange they were out of papers to fill out and by the time I got a lady give me the papers she said but you have to come back tomorrow because we are closed now it was 11:59am and I said but I have time she said no you don’t we can’t wait for you to fill out the paperwork… The sad thing is looking at the reviews the person that manages this probably doesn’t care at all they know we don’t have a choice and we will be back. The place is felty and customer service is horrible totally a reflect of the person that is in charge.

Every week I have a new problem with the ladies in this post office, they have poor customer service and poor attitudes. They do not try to help solve a problem at all they just simply don't care. I've recorded interactions with them and they have a snarky look of joy on their faces during our conversations. Even though I've sent many packages, they try to change the rules and the prices for my mail every single time. RIDICULOUS! I do not recommend them at all. ??

They are always slow and in no hurry to help..typical government workers.
