I had a suspension related disaster in the wee hours of the morning about 40 miles from home. A different shop turned me away despite having patiently waited since 6am for them to arrive, so I stumbled upon Van's Garage, and to be honest- I'm not sorry!! :) It wasn't far, and they were open early. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly mechanic and directed to the manager of operations. I believe his name was Jared. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Although it was a hectic Friday with a heavy workload, he didn't hesitate to throw it on a lift and give me a solid estimate. I had my suspicions about the root cause, but the good news was- I was wrong!! He promptly identified the culprit and had me back on the road in a flash, knowing exactly what needed to be addressed moving forward. I'm eternally grateful. Thanks for going the extra mile. What goes around comes around, (like tires for instance, when all the suspension components are properly bolted down...ha!) and good things come to those who are honest, conscientious, and run a good business. Kudos! I know I'll return for all my car care needs. You gained a return customer today, even 40 miles away from home!

Jared worked on my 2019 f 250 , great guy and great work. Had it ready within 1 day for my fix. Also met Ted and yea these guys are good guys , felt comfortable taking my truck here. Will be taking my vehicles to them for now on. Thanks guys

We used Van's before so felt comfortable using them again. They fixed my problem quickly. The guys that work there are very nice and efficient. They'll get my business in the future too.

Want a honest place and great old school mechanics? Here is the place to go why? I am a ex Army mechanic and I know a good business when I see one. This business does old school trouble shooting, instead of hooking up to fancy computer. Broke down leaving after seeing some old battle buddies. This place had a air conditioner waiting room as well. They got me fixed and on the road when they said they would. I give this business more stars if I could. Thank you very much! * Salutes*

Needed a quick oil change before driving back home to Houston. Waited outside for about 15 minutes before them letting me know there's a waiting room. Barely any customers and oil change took about an hour. Charged $109 and I didn't have the time nor energy to argue on the price.
