“I've been smoking for years and wanted to switch to vape. I know nothing about vape. I went to Mr. Nice Guy and I felt like they just wanted me to buy something and get me out of the store without even letting me ask any questions. I decided the next day to go to mad monkey. I talked to Dez and he was great! I told Dez I know nothing about vape and the guy took about 30 minutes to explain the different types of vapes to me and ask me questions and showing me how to use the device. He asked questions like how many cigarettes I smoke a day and what kind of situation I'd be using the vape in. He was able to point me to different options that I had that would fill the exact needs I needed. Surprisingly he didn't point me to the most expensive ones which which is what I was looking at. He took the time to know what I needed so I didn't waste my money. They definitely have a lifelong return customer now.”
